At MUSCLE-Kik, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your product, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in new condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new and unused.

All returns must be sent back by mail using the applicable return process.

Return Shipping & Label

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label.

A return shipping label can be downloaded and printed for a flat fee of $20.

The $20 return label fee will apply when processing the return.

Restocking Fees

MUSCLE-Kik does not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original product according to the return policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and the return has been processed, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

The refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the original purchase.
